Boy! Do I know how to schedule a busy day or what!!
1. Austin was a "Terrific Kid" again at his school
2. Carter had his 1st Halloween School Party
3. My new baby Landyn Joseph was born!

Ok, ok, I know I REALLY couldn't have planned #3 but boy he's handsome.
Angie is doing great and Logan thinks his brother is "neat" (for now).
He was 7lbs 9oz and was actually due today...

Austin and his award......

Here are some pictures from today... I am positive there will be at least 3 posts this weekend.
Tonight we are going Trick o' Treating with our TTRT peeps and then fire pit, and beer after so more photos will ensue.
HAPPY HALLOWEEN EVERYONE!!!!!!!

Yup another duty day.....

I absolutely am in love with the Fall weather here in Georgia.... if I could ask for the weather to be in Ground Hog Day Mode, I would. The crispness in the morning and the perfectness of the afternoons... I have a hard time staying in the house, and the laundry here has suffered.
Jeremy has duty today and Sunday, Halloween activities on base, Trick-o-treating and Im sure some TTRT fun this weekend is in store....
Kids are great, Carter is excited for his Halloween party at his preschool, he cant decide what costume he actually wants to wear, so Im sure it will be a mixture of the 3 he has to choose from.
Rianne had some blood tests done today, we have some concerns with her foot issues, and some weight gain/loss that are irregular. They are doing a full work up, and Diabetes and Thyroid testing. No worries, just would like to get a game plan on making her feel better!
Austin is a Terrific Kid on Friday which is a Kiwanis community program, and he also has been choosen to be screened for the Talented and Gifted Program. So I will let you know how that pans out!
Other than that, I have the final check out of our old house here and finally we'll be officially moved into this house. I just cleaned and am going to take some pictures of the house to post. We absolutely LOVE this house, just wish we would have found it a year ago!!!
Hope all is well.... and GET OUT and enjoy this weather!!!

Check out my crafty and awesome friend!

My VERY talented friend Becca has a wonderful Etsy store, and is so darn creative that Im posting this in hopes to win AGAIN on her website....CHECK IT OUT!!!!!!!!!!
Christmas giveaway contest! Hooray!

I'm giving away a custom "Family Crest" to some lucky ducky reader!
The crests are hand drawn and painted using India ink and watercolor on watercolor paper. They look amazing framed! We'll figure out what elements you'd like
(names, dates, pictures, colors) and whip up a whimsically "official" family crest.
There are other options, too. The crest could be a sweet, personalized birth announcement for a baby's room, a wonderful gift for a child's room,
wedding present for newlyeds... the sky is the limit.

#1

Should I blog about what makes me angry?
The answer is YES... but do not post. The best part about emails, messangers and blogging is that you get the chance to filter what you write. I use the "drafts" folder, the delete button and the spell check function daily.
Anger is something that I've ALWAYS had a hard time dealing with. My anger is written all over my face, any time, any where, and I definately do not keep it all in. This is something that people either LOVE about me, or hate. Its always been my downfall in friendships, and meeting new people... I've made great friends that appreciate my honest anger vents, and others who dont like drama and feel it better to let things roll.... but my friends seem to manage and take me in stride so its all good!
When it comes to the kids though, I wish I could deal with anger in a more productive way. I get angered when common sense questions come out of my 8 year old's mouth, and then my 3 year old answers her question and I laugh.... Its a never ending battle here, and I REALLY REALLY try to breathe.... but more times than not, it doesnt work.
When it comes to my husband, my anger makes Jeremy laugh.... really.... laugh....
He always is saying that he would REALLY like to see something "bad" happen to see how I react....because he says I overreact to everything... he's interested to see if I have an "off" switch... or if I'll switch into crisis mode and cope and deal. I am so glad I give him a chance to analyze and laugh :)
Well this post definately isnt the greatest, but I really have nothing going on... besides a "Passions Party" tommorow night WOOT WOOT!!!!!!!!
Have a good night......

Jeremy is rocking out to Guitar hero.....SO....

There is really nothing new here this week.... so I did a search on possiblilities for bloggers....
Here is a preview of posts to come this week....
What to Blog About

1. Should I blog about what makes me angry?
2. Or should I blog about what makes me happy and/or sad?
3. Or should I blog about what I do and see and hear in my day-to-day life?
4. Or should I report on what others are doing in their everyday lives?
5. Or should I blog about the Meaning of Life, the Universe, and Everything?
6. Or should I see if there are Bloggers Anonymous meetings to cure my addiction to blogging?

Finally a trampoline....

We used to have one in Kansas but a tornado upheaved it over the electrical lines and needless to say we haven't had one since.

There is a guy on Jeremy's boat who doesn't have kids, and he and his wife thought it would be fun for a trampoline.....they jumped 2 times on it :)

So we got a SUPER deal, no enlosure, but the kids do so well without it... I think they use the enclosure more for pushing eachother :)

Its just stuff.....family matters most.....

A Siouxland Firefighter Battles Blaze At His Own Home

Just days after teaching kids fire safety as part of National Fire Prevention week,
a Siouxland fire fighter responds to a fire call at his own house!
As a volunteer fire fighter for six years, Chris Anderson is used to teaching other
families about fire safety, but on Wednesday night his own family was forced
to put his advice to use.
For the Anderson family, it was their two year old daughter,
Kasadee, who first detected the smell of smoke.
Officials say, that smell was an electrical fire, that started here in the
living room where the entertainment center had caught fire.
After getting her two children out of the house safely through their planned
fire escape route, Katie Anderson called her husband who was working
at the fire station at the time.
While the Anderson's believe their 100 year old house is a total loss,
they know the most important assets to the family were saved from their now
blackened home.
They are living prove that preparing a plan, being prepared,
and having escape route ready is the key to saving lives.
After further investigation, the Hawarden Fire Department is ruling
that the fire was most likely caused by electrical cords attached to the
Anderson's television.
The Anderson's are staying with family members while they
continue the clean up process.

The people at the Zoo are very nice.......

Carter really enjoys BIG EYES in photos.... and Logan wanted to straddle the lion....
Jeremy has duty..... but the gorilla somehow makes the photo familiar.....

Today we got to go to the Jacksonville Zoo....
Angie and Logan, and me and the kids headed out about
10 am and by 1045 this morning I had bird shit in my hair......

Fun Stuff.....

The zoo is very nice here and we had a blast.... The kids were amazingly good and the day FLEW by... I think a season pass may be in our future. There is a little playground and splash park thing which we didnt do, so there's always next time!

All the kids fed the giraffe's but Carter's concentration here kills me!
